These Subscription Terms apply to all paid Nordsat platform subscriptions. By completing checkout, you accept these terms and form a binding business agreement with Nordsat.
Each paid plan is sold with a minimum commitment of 24 months. The initial invoice is charged upfront at checkout for the full 24-month commitment period.
Displayed monthly prices are reference values; checkout charges the full committed term amount due today.
After the initial 24-month commitment period, the subscription renews in 12-month billing terms unless canceled according to Section 8.
VAT is applied based on billing country and applicable tax rules at checkout:
Customer is responsible for providing accurate billing details. If tax treatment changes due to legal requirements or customer data, invoices may be adjusted accordingly.
Customer authorizes Nordsat and its payment processor to charge the selected payment method for amounts due under these terms.
If payment fails, Nordsat may retry collection, suspend access, or terminate service after reasonable notice where permitted by law.
Hardware inclusion and plan entitlements follow the purchased package details shown during checkout. Service starts when account provisioning is completed and payment is confirmed.
Payments are non-refundable except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where Nordsat explicitly agrees in writing.
Cancellation during the initial 24-month commitment does not cancel the committed financial obligation for that term.
To prevent renewal after the commitment period, customer must send non-renewal notice before the next renewal term starts.
Nordsat may update service features or these Subscription Terms from time to time. Material changes are communicated through the website or service channels before taking effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordsat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited by law.
